Submissions

Papers submitted to SCLIT 2018 should be results of original and unpublished research. The scope of accepted topics is very wide and versatile, and can be seen in more detail on the home page of the conference.

Submission procedure

All submissions must be in English. Short papers should not exceed 4 pages and should conform to format described here (AIP proceedings). Submissions should be done electronically through EasyChair site with respect to the deadline.

When submiting the paper, submission should contain only:

  1. The paper in PDF format
  2. Submission form (signed and scanned)

Guidelines for the preparation of a paper:

Submitted papers should conform to the general guidelines, template and style files. Please, be sure to follow the instructions regarding MS Word template files and users guide, as well as LaTeX guidelines and style files.

If you are experiencing problems with the aip-cp 2017 LaTeX template, please visit this troubleshooting guide. Otherwise, the older version of template (aip-cp 2015) is also available for use.
